SALAD PARTY

Last night, prior to the ROBYN concert (!!!), my friend Cydnie and I had a salad-centric dinner in my backyard. I whipped together this salad from Smitten Kitchen (which was a great success) and picked up two others from Inigo on Queen West (lentil/squash and beet/apple). Inigo also has just the best roasted chicken and its location (across from the park) makes it so good for a takeout picnic! Next weekend, maybe. Afterward we went and danced our little hearts out to my favourite singer/performer/DANCER. Ever.

  5. I am completely obsessed with that video, I honestly think I watched it over twenty times yesterday alone. I also appreciate the fact that I was toootally in to Robyn when I was about 13 and have semi-secretly loved "Robyn is Here" ever since, and now everyone's like "oh Robyn!" and I'm like "oh DUH!" hahaha. I want to see her live so bad, but NOT, I repeat NOT with Katy Perry. Eff that.

  6. Siri, I used to make music videos to Show Me Love when I was 13! Wearing my gap mock turtleneck sweater and sitting in a tire swing. Robyn is the best!!!!

  9. I'm not a huge salad fan, but I'm trying to get down with them this summer as I'm focused on eating lighter and getting healthy. They all look delicious, though.

As for Robyn, she's our pride and joy here in Sweden. Love her :-)
